You may submit your daily Food Diary using this easy to use form on our client portal.
Are your services confidential?
Yes! All communications between the client and Dietitian (myself) are confidential. Information will only be released to a third party under the following conditions:
- The client authorizes the Dietitian to release information with written permission;
- The client is threatening serious bodily harm to themself or another.
How flexible is your meal plan?
You’re free to use any of the food choices from the acceptable foods list at any meal. Variety is a good thing on a diet! However, there are limits to this and everything is written on the diet for a very specific purpose. We can discuss substitutes for your meal plan.
I’m on a budget, can I eat this healthy?
Heck yes, you can! I am always on a budget. You do not have to eat all organic all the time. if you can not afford it there are several ways to cut grocery costs. We can discuss your options during our consultation.
What are the abbreviations in your name?
- MS = Masters of Science
- in Clinical Nutrition
- RDN = Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
- Maintain Certification and required to meet continuing education requirements
- LDN = Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
- State Licensure
