Local to Dothan, Alabama, Katie is a registered dietitian nutritionist receiving her bachelor’s from Auburn University and a Master’s from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her hobbies include fitness, fishing, playing with her golden retriever, Scout, and her business with Scout & Cellar Clean Crafted Wine. Oh, and she LOVES the beach.
Through a personal journey of self-acceptance, bikini competitions, and competitive fitness, she has learned that nutrition with a healthy lifestyle is far more important than how you physically look to match up with a social standard. Her passion and desire are to help others achieve their nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle goals through self-acceptance and discipline.
Annaleise loves her fur babies and has 3 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys baking, especially in the colder months. She loves traveling to new places to explore and try new foods and meet new people. She looks forward to new craft beers and seasonal flavors. She enjoys being outside and is likely mountain biking, kayaking, running, walking, and hiking.
Annaleise received her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nutrition at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She enjoys working with clients that have acute needs such as feeding tubes and then also general weight loss. Noteworthy, Annaleaise loves working with diabetic clients and is working towards her hours to be a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).
Alexa Calvert is an Arkansas native who loves to explore new places and travel whenever she can. She is passionate about nutrition and prioritizing a life of balance and enjoyment. Alexa and her husband have two fur babies, Lilly their pup, and Olive, their cat. They enjoy trying new restaurants and exploring local flavors wherever they are, in addition to enjoying craft beer and cocktails as well. Alexa and her husband relocated to the Wiregrass area for her husband to attend flight school at Fort Rucker.
Alexa attended the University of Central Arkansas to obtain both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nutrition along with a dietetic internship through Keith and Associates Distance Dietetic Internship based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Currently, she works clinically in acute care and outpatient with pediatrics as a dietitian. Alexa loves working with children and even has some teaching experience with FoodCorps where she taught school-age students about cooking, nutrition, and gardening!
